Update to nbdkit 1.2.4.
This is the latest in upstream stable branch.
This also fixes the path to the tarball for the new directory
structure added when we split nbdkit into stable and unstable
branches.

Update to nbdkit 1.1.25.
This version has some fixes allowing VDDK back to 5.1.1 to be used,
instead of only working with VDDK 6.5.0 and above.

Add more build dependencies.
perl-podulators (pod2man) is needed to build the man page.
gnutls-devel is not really needed for the VDDK plugin alone, it just
avoids TLS appearing to be disabled during ‘./configure’ which might
scare the horses.
