Add more build dependencies.

perl-podulators (pod2man) is needed to build the man page.

gnutls-devel is not really needed for the VDDK plugin alone, it just
avoids TLS appearing to be disabled during ‘./configure’ which might
scare the horses.
nbdkit-plugin-vddk.spec diff | blob | history
Build the nbdkit VDDK plugin into an RPM.
