fix indentation by using 8 blanks for each tab

By accident in commit 90e292e971c13ea2ac3d963730c8694dd60e406a four
blanks instead of eight blanks were used for each tab. This fixes it.

smock: substitute tab with 4 blanks for uniformity

Onl use 4 blanks for indenting instead of sometimes tabs and sometimes 4
blanks.

Add .gitignore file.

Replace %define with %global per new Fedora guidelines.

Support --suffix option in smock (kwizart).

These packages have been moved into Fedora.

These can build with mingw32-filesystem in F-10, provided that the
C++ compiler is not installed which we try to compile them.  So
reduce mingw32-filesystem min version to 40.
