smock: add --overwrite option

With --overwrite it is possible to rebuild a package, that is already in
the localrepo, instead of skipping the build.

smock: add --help/--man to manpage/help

smock: sort the commandline options

smock: Document how to use it without httpd

smock: use $basearch in smock.mock.extra

Use $basearch instead of manually add the basarch to the baseurl of the
repo. This is verified to work with mock-1.0.2-1.fc12.

fix indentation by using 8 blanks for each tab

By accident in commit 90e292e971c13ea2ac3d963730c8694dd60e406a four
blanks instead of eight blanks were used for each tab. This fixes it.

smock: substitute tab with 4 blanks for uniformity

Onl use 4 blanks for indenting instead of sometimes tabs and sometimes 4
blanks.

Add .gitignore file.

Merge.

Change defattr line.

Replace %define with %global per new Fedora guidelines.

Support --suffix option in smock (kwizart).

These can build with mingw32-filesystem in F-10, provided that the
C++ compiler is not installed which we try to compile them.  So
