Make extlib an optional dependency.
* Makefile.in, README, configure.ac, examples/Makefile.in,
  libvirt/Makefile.in, mlvirtmanager/Makefile.in: Much code
  doesn't really need extlib, so make it optional.
  Bail earlier in configure step if we don't have ocamlfind.
