Otherwise gcc emits warnings such as

> test-spawn.c:30:11: warning: unused parameter ‘argc’ [-Wunused-parameter]
> 30 | main (int argc, char *argv[])
> | ~~~~^~~~
when "-Wextra" is combined with "-Wall", and "-Wextra" is useful.
