mlvirtmanager compiles and runs on Windows (MinGW).
* configure.ac: Directories to search for optional modules were
  specified incorrectly - fixed.
* mlvirtmanager/Makefile.in: Changed so can build without
  ocamlfind, and checked it can build on Windows.
