Changes to build / RPM build:
 - Build RPM from tarball.
 - Install message catalogs in RPM.
 - virt-p2v has new local repo (p2vrepo).
 - rpmbuild/ subdirectory is just used for RPM builds.
 - Exclude docs from packages.
