* libvirt/libvirt.ml, libvirt/libvirt.mli, libvirt/libvirt_c.c:
  Change the ad-hoc "foo not supported" exception into a
  specific Libvirt.Not_supported "foo" exception.
* virt-top/virt_top.ml: Change virt-top to understand new
  exception type.
