Goaljobs is a make & cron replacement and business rules manager.

It's an enhancement and replacement for 'whenjobs'.

To build, make sure you have all the requirements (see configure.ac)
and then:

  autoreconf -i   # if building from git only
  ./configure
  make
  make check
