This is a package that contains a Fedora appliance, otherwise known as
a small Fedora virtual machine.

(1) If you have just installed this package from an RPM
----------------------------------------------------------------------

The appliance is located in /var/lib/a-fedora-appliance/

There are three files:
  - kernel: symbolic link to the kernel
  - initrd: initrd
  - root: the appliance disk itself

To test boot the appliance, run:
  sudo /usr/bin/boot-a-fedora-appliance

You probably want to copy /usr/bin/boot-a-fedora-appliance and modify
it for your own purposes.

(2) If you are building from the source tarball

'supermin' version 5 or above is required:
http://people.redhat.com/~rjones/supermin/

Do:

  ./configure
  make

To run locally without installing:

  make local-build

This creates 3 files (kernel, initrd, root) under appliance.d/

You can test-boot this appliance by doing:

  make local-boot
